Pay Your Utility Bill ONLINE
The Village of Palatine has launched a new Utility Bill Portal, allowing customers to review their account balance, view water consumption, sign up for e-Bills, and pay their utility bill online.
The Utilities Portal icon is available on the right side of this home screen. All you need to do is click on the icon and enter in your utilities account number and last name on the account. Once logged in, you will be able to see current and past bills, review activity on your account, see your consumption, and securely pay your bill online. You will also be given an opportunity to sign up to receive notifications via email when your next bill is ready instead of or in addition to receiving your paper bill in the mail.
