Firefighter leads a discussion during a Fifth Grade school talk at Station 84.No matter how well equipped, well staffed and well trained a fire department is we cannot, by responding to an incident, save lives and minimize property loss as well as by preventing that incident from occurring in the first place. In light of this, the Palatine Fire Department places a high priority on public education. There are a number of different programs we provide or participate in throughout the year which give us the opportunity to serve our residents and allow them to help us keep them safe. Click on any of the following for more information.
