Please do not park on the street on the day of pickup in you neighborhood. The leaf m
achines are not able to get close enough to a parked vehicle to pick up leaves and the pile of leaves will be left behind.
Parking over a pile of leaves can create a fire hazard – a warm car engine can ignite the leaves underneath it.
We ask that you do not rake leaves around the edges of cul-de-sac islands. Instead, rake them to the residential side as our machines are not able to pick up around the cul-de-sac islands.
During predicted rain, we ask that residents clean the inlets in their neighborhood to help prevent flooding.
