District 2 - Scott Lamerand
Scott Lamerand returned to Palatine in 2004. Scott previously resided in Palatine from 1994 to 1997. Scott resides in Palatine with his wife, Sherri and two children; Alex and Ryan.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse with a Bachelors of Science degree (Major: Chemistry and Minor: Math.) In 2004, Scott received a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business. Scott is currently a Business Owner specializing in the manufacture of restorative dental materials.

District 2: Residents' Meeting
Continuing with the tradition of hosting residents' meetings the 3rd Wednesdays of October and March, I’d like to invite you to attend the District 2 Residents' Meeting on Wednesday, October 16th beginning at 7pm in Council Chambers (200 East Wood Street). This meeting is going to be a bit different as District 1 Councilman Tim Millar and residents from his District will be joining us. This will provide a chance for everyone to meet Tim and gain his perspective on the issues that face our community.
We will be covering the topics listed below and conclude with an open dialogue to answer any additional questions or address additional topics. I look forward to your feedback about the things you like and things you'd like to see changed within the Village of Palatine. Mayor Schwantz and Staff will be on hand to help present and answer questions.
