10/9/18      Last Day to Register to Vote by Paper Application

10/10/18    First Day of Grace Period Registration and Voting at Suburban Courthouses

10/21/18     Last Day to Register to Vote by Online Application

11/1/18       Last Day to Request a Mail Ballot

11/5/18      Last Day of Grace Period Registration and Voting at Suburban Courthouses

11/6/18      Last Day Mail Ballots can be Postmarked

11/6/18      Election Day    Polling Hours:  6 am - 7 pm

Voter Registration

The Village Clerk’s office will register voters during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Two forms of identification are needed (one with current address).

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • At least 18 years old by the general election
  • A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day
  • Any 17 year old citizen who will turn 18 by Election Day can register to vote.

Election Day Registration

Election day registration will be available in Illinois at selected sites per legislation signed into law on July 1, 2014.
