All Episcopal Churches have been asked to hold a series of conversations about race, systemic racism, and how the legacy of slavery and Jim Crow segregation affects our society today. The purpose is to gain a better understanding of one another. We will also open our meetings up to the community because there are other organizations, institutions, and churches considering similar efforts. These discussions will be held at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 342 E. Wood Street, Palatine in the parish hall, downstairs from the Church.
