    Palatine Township Senior Center's Fall Festival will be held on Monday, October 15 from 9:30 am - 11 am. The Festival is free and open to the public and will include donuts, cider, screenings, activities, demonstrations, raffles. See what the PTSCC and our supporters can offer you.   2. St. Theresa Parish Flower Show

    St. Theresa's Flower Show has three florists from the area who make arrangements which are then raffled off. We also provide an announcer who is very knowledgeable. Admission is $10 at the door. There will also be a gift basket drawing.

    Our farmer-vendor market requires the farmer to sell their products: MI fruits, organic vegetables, local honey, pies, breads, muffins, donuts, VT maple syrup, pasture raised meats, fish, mushrooms, pickles, artisan cheeses, etc. Enjoy at our tables in the shade grilled cheese sandwiches, authentic tamales, tacos, fruit smoothies, mangoes, and local live music.

  7. Palatine Plaza Fall Fun Fest

    October 20, 2018, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    19th annual Trick or Treat / Fun Fest in Palatine Plaza near Hicks Road and Northwest Highway (plaza with Ace Hardware). Free, open to public, all ages. Police and Fire trucks, games, obstacle course, popcorn, candy at all the stores, free raffle ticket and much more. Kids dress in costume. Rain or shine, everything is under cover.

  9. Legacy of Slavery Discussion Series

    October 21, 2018, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    All Episcopal Churches have been asked to hold a series of conversations about race, systemic racism, and how the legacy of slavery and Jim Crow segregation affects our society today. The purpose is to gain a better understanding of one another. We will also open our meetings up to the community because there are other organizations, institutions, and churches considering similar efforts. These discussions will be held at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 342 E. Wood Street, Palatine in the parish hall, downstairs from the Church.

  10. Community Trunk or Treat

    Join us for this year’s Trunk-or-Treat on Sunday, October 21 from 3 - 5 pm. This event is free & open to the community. Two Places - One Corner! Plum Grove and Wood Streets in Palatine. Immanuel Lutheran Church & School, 200 N. Plum Grove Road, Palatine (847) 359-1549, and First United Methodist Church of Palatine, 123 N. Plum Grove Road, Palatine (847) 359-1345. Safe, family based Trick or Treat Fun! Enjoy the Bounce House, Corn Relay, the LCC K9 Comfort Dogs, Pumpkin Bowling and more Children’s Games. Donate non-perishable food items to help stock the Good Samaritan Food Pantry and get a free prize! Trunk or Treat will be held rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather the event will be held indoors.
